这两天在联系申请西班牙签证，上海外事办要求邀请信必须原件，而会议方面只是按照西班牙法律规定，发有电子签名的邀请函。经和会议主席Jordi Molas-Gallart协商，他们会议方面答应给我发一份原件过来。同时答应给上海地区所有的有相同情况的人都发。为了省事，他们想同时把邀请函发到我这里，所以，请需要邀请函的人和我联系。(我知道很多人只给会议公布的联系方式发函，都没有消息，我也发了，也没有消息。因为前年访问过他们单位，认识他们，才和他们直接联系上了。)

I will send you the letter on Monday (I am not in my office today). If there is anybody else in your area who you know is in the same situation could you please let us know so we can send all our letters together. Also, could you give us the exact office where the electronic signature is not accepted. I think the Spanish legislation is pretty clear that they should accept it, and, for what is worth, we may find somebody here to launch a complaing.
