产品活性:Paclitaxel 是一种天然抗肿瘤药,可稳定微管蛋白 (tubulin) 的聚合。Paclitaxel 可导致有丝分裂停滞和诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis),最终导致细胞死亡。Paclitaxel 还可诱导细胞自噬 (autophagy)。
生物活性:紫杉醇是一种天然存在的抗肿瘤剂,可稳定微管蛋白聚合。紫杉醇可引起有丝分裂停滞和凋亡细胞死亡。紫杉醇还诱导自噬[1][2]。 IC50 和目标:IC50:4 nM(微管)体外:紫杉醇(20 nM;48 小时)诱导程序性细胞死亡并在 G2/M 期存在阻滞细胞周期[1]。紫杉醇(20 nM;48 小时)诱导 p53 水平持续升高[1]。 体内: 紫杉醇(1-20 mg/kg;ip;1 次/2 天,共 5 个周期)在低紫杉醇组明显诱导肝转移,影响很小对原发性肿瘤生长的影响[3]。
