The ISSI 2017 Conferences provides an international forum for scientists, research managers and administrators, as well as other professionals related to information and communication science to share research and debate on the latest advancements of Informetrics and Scientometrics theories and applications. Therefore, the goal of ISSI 2017 is to highlight the best researches in this field and to bring together scholars and practitioners in the area to discuss new research directions, methods and theories, and to review the history of five metrics science concepts and their implications.
