阿西莫夫1950年发表的科幻小说《繁星若尘》，描述了银行中一场复杂斗争和各种奇幻的场景。
这不是最让人感慨的。最让人感概的是，小说中提到了一个秘密文件，这个文件描述了一种秘密武器：


这个秘密武器在小说的最后（汉译本的295页）才给出谜底：

这就是美国的宪法！

觉得翻译的不是非常的有震撼力，但仍很震撼。

就是这些简单的7条文本（我国的宪法文本是它的二十倍，130多条），建立了国民的“宪法信仰”。小说中体现的就是这个信仰。

详细的规定我们不需要看了，看看序言就行了：
