You probably know about the TGIF (Thank God It's Friday).
Well, I do like Fridays, but I love Saturdays and Sundays, TGIS (Thank God It's
Saturday, or Sunday). Especially this weekend, I needed these two extra days to
beat some deadlines of editing. I was lucky to have two relatively well written
manuscripts to work on today, and edited about 10,000 words from 9am to 9pm. (I
did take a break every hour or so, but I hope I don't ever have to work so hard
again on a Sunday.)
Time to relax, and get ready for the start of a new semester. (Well, I don't
teach now, but I still have to face the hectic traffic and parking during the
first week of a new semester, even in a paradise.)
