This is a paper for self-praise. In fact, the track record of this Management Science Academy’s university ranking was quite controversial. Their ranking results have two serious problems: 1. Contrary to the conventional wisdom in too many cases; 2. Down–playing too much the rank of universities strong in social science and humanities rather than natural sciences. However, it would have no harm if the author is willing to explain his views through posters.

The author needs to rewrite the abstract in comprehensible English  before it could be understood and reviewed by the panel. It’s better for the author to find another proficient translator to do the work. For instance, the title could be translated into “On Unique Characteristics of “Ranking of Chinese Universities” Produced by the Management Science Academy. The author also needs to provide more evidence or facts to support his any claim. For instance, “most influential, credible and authoritative”. Thirdly, the paper should focus itself on scientometrics-related issues. Therefore, statement like “ researchers have the great ambition of …” is not really necessary and useful.
