最近太忙，日夜兼程地修改那份专家一直认为不错，但还是迟迟未给资助的自然科学基金报告，总是怕那个新的在线选题网络运作不灵，经常是夜间工作到黎明。在提交报告那天3月8日，由于网络故障，提前2个多小时关网，真是庆幸，提前半天把最后的修改版报告提交成功。在送完纸质文件那天，突然接到李师妹的电话，说是我在博士间发表的第2篇SCI论文又受到英国一所大学1个较有名气教授的博士

关注.对我们的研究很感兴趣，并有相关问题需要咨询。自然我要完成这项任务。

（第一篇发表的SCI收录论文,备受德国著名植物学家Barthlott和Neinhuis关注，文章引证状况良好。科学家引用此文发表SCI论文影响因子高达18.132）

  显然博士对文中这幅视图感兴趣。提出一些相关的方法问题。博士谦虚好学的精神使我非常受感染，决定直接回复博士的问题。在此就不作公开讲解。

Therefore, if it is possible for you to advise me on what kind of technique was used to capture the microscopic images at Figure 2, I would greatly appreciate that. I mean, what was the technique used to get the cross-section of the leaves and under which type of microscope that you used.
