中国大学教师和科学家誓言

我发誓，本着真理，良知和善良的意愿，面对亲眼见证这个过程的所有人，所有自然的事物，并依据我的能力和我的判断做出如下宣誓。

     我珍惜引导我走上这个职业的父母和导师们的贡献，并尊重他们的价值和观念，自觉与他们同道，如有必要，我会与他们分享我的意愿，我要用他们传授给我的眼睛来看待学生和同事，教给他们这个目标，不因为学生没有学费或生活条件。我要传授给我的儿子或女儿，以及那些已登记自己和已同意作为一个科学家的专业规则的人，传承这些戒律和精神。

    我将指示我的学生和其他科学家根据自己的能力和我的判断的善良的方案，从不伤害任何人。也不为了取悦任何人，我不会伤害，诋毁任何人，或设法导致他们处境艰难。我将坚守我的生活和我的艺术的纯洁性。我不会因为利益而不去帮助需要帮助者。我会教导学生和其他科学家传承个人诚信。只要有机会，我都会帮助我的学生和其他科学家抵御所有的诱惑，保持自己的精神纯洁。我会坚守所有可能出现在我的职业活动或日常生活中的秘密，不随意散播这些属于个人的信息，我会保守秘密，绝不会透露。

   如果我能忠实保持这个誓言，踏实地从事我喜欢我的生活和作为一位老师和科学家职业，我必将赢得所有人在所有时间的尊重，但如果我违反了它，我会遭遇可能相反的命运。

English Version

I swear by Truth, Intuitive Knowledge and Goodness Wishes, and I take to witness all people, all naturalthings, to keep according to my ability and my judgement the following oath.

　　To consider dear to me as my parents and mentors who led me this career, to live in common with tnem, and if necessary to share my goods with them, to look upon them children as my own brothers, to teach them this aim if they so desire without fee or written promise, to impart to my sons and the sons of the masters who taught me and the disciples who have enrolled themselves and have agreed to the rules of the profession as being a Scientist, but to these alone, the precepts and the instruction.

　　I will instruct regimen for the goodness of my students and fellow scientists according to my ability and my judgement and never do harm to anyone. To please no one will I harm, defame to, nor give advice which may cause them bad condition. I will preserve the purity of my life and my art. I will not cut for benefits, even for whom help is needed. I will leave this personal integrity  to be performed by students and fellow scientists. In every chance when I may have I will assist my students and fellow scientists, keeping myself far from all intentional ill-doing and all seduction. All that may come to my knowledge in the exercise of my profession or in daily commerce with men, which ought not to be spread abroad, I will keep secret and will never reveal it.

　　If I keep this oath faithfully, may I enjoy my life and practice my art as being as a teacher and a scientist, respected by all men and in all times, but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot.
