The Makefile defines corresponding targets leancpubounty, meancpubounty, tmtobounty, and gpubounty.

之前这个算法悬赏的是比特币，被人挑战成功过一次，也兑付了。现在比特币涨价太厉害，看样子不舍得了，改成美元。
