Take a deep breadth while visualizing your body with your mind
Take another deep breadth while visualizing your heart
Do the same for other parts of your body if you prefer
Pick someone you know but are neutral about (neither like nor dislike). For 20-30 seconds imagine anything you feel about him.
Pick someone you are annoyed with (not your arch enemy or person you intensely dislike). For 20-30 seconds think in what ways you are like him/her or have in common with him/her
Do these five things when you feel stressed. They only take less than 2 minutes.
