维生素E促进大脑健康的神经学分析


   前言

   既往的很多临床研究都表明,抗氧化剂维生素E对于治疗老年性痴呆症无效,且对于轻度认知功能障碍亦无效。然而,2014年发表在JAMA杂志上的一项临床试验表明,维生素E对于中重度老年性痴呆是可以改善认知功能的,且疗效和美金刚相似,而二者联用不增强效果。

   那到底补充维生素E是否可以促进大脑健康,甚至预防和治疗大脑疾病呢?今天我们就来看看相关的研究。

维生素E和大脑结构和大脑功能

  1. 维生素E缺乏可以引起大脑认知功能障碍
