Abstract:  The connotation of Bell state and complete Bell measurement, and the physical truth of quantum teleportation is discussed deeply.  A meaningful definition for weak Bell State and related weak Bell measurement is posed, so that the key formulae in the quantum teleportation theory can be reduced more clearly and logically.  It isalso proved that, if there is a Bell measurement equipment, then based on this equipment and through the schedule similar to the current experiment, more quantum information can be transported through the method introduced in thispaper.  And any quantum information, which can be transported through schedule of the current experiment, can be transported more efficiently through this new method.
