国家安全学的学科建设进展综述

摘要: 国家安全学是我国率先自主设立的特色学科之一,因学科正式设立时间较短,及时总结发展经验尤为重要。本文综合运用文献调查法和归纳法,在扼要梳理国家安全学发展历史沿革的基础上,综述了近年来该学科高等教育的开办情况及理论研究进展,评述了学科发展过程中存在的主要问题,并指明其未来发展的重点方向。研究结果表明:近年来国家安全学虽取得长足发展,但仍属于起步阶段,学科规模尚小。未来需围绕学科属性、范畴、定位和需求等,持续深化基础理论研究,不断夯实人才培养体系与质量。

Review on the Progress of Discipline Construction of National Security& Safety Studies

Abstract: National security & safety studies (NSSS) is one of the characteristic disciplines that China leads setting up independently. However, the history of formal establishment of the discipline is very short, so it is very important to summarize experiences in time. In this paper the literature survey method and induction method are comprehensively used.After a brief review of the development history of NSSS, the development of higher education of NSSS in recent years and the research progress of its discipline theory are summarized.Then comments on the main problems existing in the development process of NSSS and the future development focus and direction are pointed out. The research results show that although NSSS has made great progress in recent years, it is still a small discipline at the initial stage. In the future, NSSS needs to focus on the nature, scope, positioning and needs of the discipline, continue to vigorously carry out the basic theoretical research of the discipline itself and constantly consolidate the talent training system and quality.
