Dr.Maria Alejandra Gandolfo completed her botanical and paleobotanical trainings in Argentina and she got her Ph.D. degree (Botany) from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994. At present, Dr. Gandolfo is working within the L.H. Bailey Hortorium Plant Biology Section, School of Integrative Plant Science, Cornell University.
