Three years ago, I wrote about the US national holiday specifically named to honor the only American so celebrated, Martin Luther King, http://blog.sciencenet.cn/home.php mod=space&uid=1565&do=blog&quickforward=1&id=1095114 , and my wife's role in co-organizing this holiday celebration in our home town each year. This year because of the pandemic the celebration will take place virtually and contributions to the effort will take a different form. Pardon my pride, here are two photos showing handiwork which an anonymous Chinese American volunteer made and donated for the occasion for disabled veterans and homeless people in order to celebrate this "Day of Service" in honor of MLK.
