ISSI2025 Call for papers

20th International Conference on Scientometrics & Informetrics

23-27 June 2025, Yerevan, Armenia

The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite scholars and researchers to submit their contributions to the 20th International Society of Scientometrics and Informetrics Conference (ISSI2025), to be held in Yerevan, Armenia, from June 23–27, 2025.

Established in 1987, this biennial conference series provides an international forum for scientists, research managers, administrators, and information professionals to share research insights and engage in discussions on the latest advancements in informetric and scientometric theories and applications.

ISSI2025 is organized by the Centre for Scientific Information Analysis and Monitoring, part of the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. The event will be hosted by Yerevan State University (YSU) and held under the auspices of the International Society for Informetrics and Scientometrics (ISSI).

 Scope

The objective of ISSI2025 is to unite scholars and practitioners in the domains of informetrics, bibliometrics, scientometrics, webometrics, and altmetrics to explore new research directions, advanced methodologies, and emerging theories.

To further this goal, we invite original research manuscripts from global researchers, including full papers, research-in-progress papers, and posters. We also welcome proposals to organize tutorials and workshops, with a special focus on the future of these fields and their interdisciplinary connections.

All manuscripts should be submitted via the conference editorial manager system (ConfTool) at ConfTool. Templates for full papers, research-in-progress papers, workshops, tutorials and posters are available for download on the conference website.
