Description of the Journal
Simulation and modelling of process provides betterunderstanding of a set of interrelated activities that interact toachieve an optimised result and evaluate effect of the process changes such asdemand, resources, supply and constraints. IJSPM is a fully refereedpublication of original, innovative, theoretical and application-based researchcontributions on simulation and process modelling issues, it provides aninternational forum for high-quality papers seeking to discuss modelling, simulationand optimisation on processes in the entire life cycle of social, economic, science, and engineering systems.
Topics covered include
· Theory, methodology, techniques, tools
· Modelling and simulation of
o Business process and process engineering
o Healthcare/service/administrative/publicsector processes
o Supply chainsand transportation
o Built environment, mechanicsand metallurgical process
· Verification and validation, simulationlife-cycle evolution
· Service- andcomponent-based composition andintegration
· Reengineering processes

Objectives
The objectives of IJSPM are to develop the theoryand practice of simulation and process modelling. It aims to provide a unifieddiscussion forum for academics, researchers and practitioners interested in themodelling and simulation of business processes, production and industrialprocesses, service and administrative processes, andpublic sector processes. Ultimately, IJSPM seeks to disseminate peerreviewed papers relevant to the simulation and process modelling communities.
Readership
Researchers and academics, computer scientists andengineers, industrial engineers, management scientists, operations managers, consultantsand other practitioners, professional associations, software houses and softwaredevelopers.
