我校王利勤教授课题组在国际著名杂志《有机化学快报》上发表文章

这是今年继续赵勇教授以通讯作者在该杂志发表天然药物化学以来的又一篇重要研究成果,这也预示着云南师范大学以陈业高、赵勇和王利勤教授领衔的天然药物化学研究逐渐进入了国内研究前沿阵地。

摘要

Caesalpinnone A (1), an unprecedented hybrid of flavan and chalcone, possessing a 10,11-dioxatricyclic [5.3.3.0(1,6)]tridecane-bridged system, and caesalpinflavans A-C (2-4), three new hybrid flavan-chalcones, were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Caesalpinia enneaphylla. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Caesalpinnone A showed the highest cytotoxicity against the HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7, and SW-480 human tumor cell lines with an IC50 in the range of 0.54-0.87 mu M.
