摘要： Starting from the actual characters of industrial development and based on some examples of industrial development, this paper puts forward the concepts of development-power (DP), industrial DP and the management DP in industry (MDP), presents the basic structure model and the diffusion model of MDP. Based on the Partial Distribution (Feng DAI, 2001), we give the measuring index for MDP, and set up the derivative process model for industrial development and industrial management. By the analysis on DP accumulating or DP releasing, we can know more about the characters of industrial development, and take the reasonable measures to promote the positive development in industry. In another hand, we can analysis and forecast macro-process of industrial development depended on industrial DP.
