GoOA是开放获取期刊深度发现平台，由中国科学院文献情报中心“开放获取期刊采集服务体系”项目推出，受中国科学院项目资助。

   GoOA作为一种开放学术资源，实现对高质量开放获取期刊（OA期刊）和OA论文的持续集成，保障学者们对开放资源的使用。目前，GoOA被国内90多家中科院研究所、高校收录,包括北京大学、清华大学等。

   2014年，在对全球自然科学领域OA期刊进行评价、遴选、收录后，根据是否被黑名单收录、出版社论文出版数量等实际发生情况，经历了多次的微调，截至到2014年底，GoOA共收录来自144家出版社的1765种OA期刊，进入GoOA的OA期刊遴选列表。
