1. respectively
例如“Samples a, b, and c were heat-treated at 600, 800, 1000 oC, respectively”的字面意思是“Sample a was heated at 600 oC, sample b at 800 oC, and sample c at 1000 oC”,只体现1个列举,从而使读者误解了其实际意思(此3种样品均分别在600,800,1000 oC进行了热处理)。 按实际意思,正确表达:“Samples a, b, and c were heat-treated at 600, 800, 1000 oC, respectively.”句中的“, respectively”应直接删除,或者表达为“Samples a, b, and c were respectively heat-treated at 600, 800, 1000 oC”。
2. rich
“rich”通常指富足或有钱,而“rich in” 意思为有许多某某某,如“rich in vitamins”(富含Vc)。 因此,应加上介词“in”:“rich in sp3-defects”“rich in C-N defects”; 或者换种意思相近的说法,如“The carbon sphere had many C-N defects” 或“a high concentration of C-N defects”。
