I played badminton with Luo just now. I am so sweaty and clumsy like an old one. I call myself a lab potato. every morning I go to the lab, sit before my computer, simulate my model or write the paper till the night I go home.my neck,shoulder and back are not in good condition, though there is no illness. I am in the sub-health, like most of my age. It is so necessary to make an exercise plan for me. besides, I want to have a baby before my 30 birthday party. Therefore, the exercise plan is not just made for myself, but for my baby. I must be a good warrior to fight for my baby's health.
1. every saturday morning play badminton or volleyball with luo. make it a rule to obey.
2. every morning exercise for 30 minutes. another 15 minutes before going to bed.
3. not lab potato!!! when working for 2 hours, stand up and go out of the lab to exercise for 10 minutes.
Get rid of a sinful habit and replace it with godly character.
