The Complexity Science Group in the Department of Physics & Astronomy at the University of Calgary invites applications for a PhD position in the field of complex network theory with applications to neurosciences. The successful applicant is expected to work closely with other members of the Complexity Science Group and members of the Hotchkiss Brain Institute in an interdisciplinary environment. A background in statistical physics, computational physics, time series analysis, complex network theory and/or information theory is beneficial.
