If you happen to be near the University of Hawaii at Manoa (the main campus), please try a small restaurant named “Spices,” which serves Southeast Asian cuisine.
We went there last night, our first visit, and ordered two dishes, Massaman curry with beef (hot) and Laotian curry with seafood (medium). They both tasted great. The service was very good. The restaurant also offers home-made ice creams, including unique flavors such as yellow curry.
