A New Start, the 52th round of tries

I was born in the disarster years

The extremists were hilarious

Everyone was forced to queue up politically right 

The land was bullied to die

It could not produce enough foods for us

We were in an extrem difficult condition

No enough cloth, no enough food...

My mother and I went to dig wild vegetables

In case there will be no food to eat

In 1977

A waterlogging caused by heavy rain

In that year I was ten

We could only buy rations from grain stores

Many families will surely run out 

Of food by the end of the month

They have to endured until the date in the next month

This explained that why our generation cannot grow tall

Because of malnutrition

For many children in the nation
