There is a best selling series of how-to books with the title “XXX for Dummies”.  The idea is to simplify useful knowledge and tools to easily digestible level and instruct ordinary readers  to do seemingly difficult but useful tasks.   Recently I discovered one of these books with the title “System Engineering for Dummies” written by the staff of IBM.
