Creative puns for educated minds – a test of your knowledge of the English langu

Once again this below list is not original with me. I received it via the e-mail social networks on the Internet. There is no way to identify author or provide attribution. I post it here for your amusement. For Chinese scholatrs studying in the West the percentage of puns in this list you understand and appreciate is an indication of your English and general western culture knowledge. My personal opinion is that if you appreciate half of this list without help, you are very good indeed.
1. The roundest knight at King Arthur's round table was Sir Cumference.. He acquired his size from too much pi.

2. I thought I saw an eye doctor on an Alaskan island, but it turned out to be an optical Aleutian.
