地藏寺位于狮子山西侧山腰，阅江楼下，毗邻长江，是供奉中国佛教四大菩萨之一的地藏王的佛教场所。

寺庙面积约250平方米，内有“大雄宝殿”、“观音殿”、“地藏殿”及部分生活附属设施。
