过氧化亚硝酰(ONOO-)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)之间的氧化还原平衡与一些生理和病理过程有着密切的关系,针对这个问题,报道了两种用于监测细胞和体内ONOO-/GSH水平变化情况的近红外荧光探针。该类型探针集成了硒/碲酶模拟物作为受体用以可逆地检测ONOO-/GSH水平的变化。该探针被成功地应用到细胞和动物体内的ONOO-爆发和抗氧化剂GSH修复间期的氧化还原循环变化的可视化检测。
