What is harmony? Harmony is the common pursuit of mankind and the objective of good government. Then, everything can make a harmonious picture and every story can have a harmonious end.  However, there are some things we would never make sense of. Real life is not as happy as people imagine but it is not harmonious if you tell a story without an end the government hopes even if it is real. Harmony is not to distort life but to respect it. In the English dictionary, harmony is a state of complete agreement and the pleasant effect made by parts being combined into a whole. Obviously, it is a state but a tool. To achieve harmony, we harmonize every unharmonious facts and it is not harmonious at all.
