I noticed this shortly after we purchased a townhouse in Bowie, Maryland in the early 1990s. Opening one letter, it said "If you should die..." Opening another letter, I read the same "death wish." I thought of writing a Thank-You note back, but I was too busy...
Recently, I got a new loan, and two weeks later, a letter came... I guess there is nothing I can do but think positively: these people are well intended... Down with the Capitalism!
