Recently, I am attending a conference in Utrecht, Netherlands. Some speakers (PhD student) made mistakes during the presentation. Although scientists are quit serious for most cases, they still have humors:
1. one speaker made spelling mistakes for his institute name. In the question section, his supervisor said:
"Dear, you are planning to change our institute name in your title. We should ask advices from the headquarters first and I think would be quite expensive to change a institute name ....."
2. another speaker titled his presentation as "Cell free PhD student at XX department"
in the question section, a professor start with:
"let's start questions for 'cell free' PhD student......."
