From the perspective of hydration charge injection, O:H-O bond cooperativity and polarizability, and H«H and O:Û:O repulsion, this work reviews the latest progress, including a systematically spectrometric examination, on the organic molecular solute-solvent interaction with discovery of the interfacial supersolidity that takes the full responsibility for the functionality of the solutions.
