没有要贬损上海的意思

时间确如白驹过隙，以前只有儿子听我说教的份，现在完全掉了个个，大体只有我听儿子的份了。

这几天，因为是春节，琢磨着给儿子系统讲讲过春节究竟是啥意思。看看如何才能寓教于乐？还真别说，儿子在学校学历史学地理，也知道中国有武则天有长城，但不知道有春节。

这种脱离具体环境下的说教不成功，很不成功，儿子还是体会不到春节究竟有多少内涵，一副不屑一顾的样子，爱谁谁谁。既然他们前后也去过中国三回了，也到了几个地方，我就想着用他们对中国有限的记忆还是说教点啥吧。

还好，没有完全让我失望，广州长沙青岛上海这些地方还能有些零星的记忆。不过也引发了新的问题，我不查阅资料还真解释不明白。比如为什么叫广州？为什么叫长沙？为什么叫青岛？为什么叫上海？

得，当把这些地名都统一输入我长期使用的英文字典Merriam-Webster的网站，还真整出出乎意料的内容。

除了呼和浩特、乌鲁木齐、拉萨和哈尔滨(Hohhot/Urumqi/Lhasa/Harbin)，全国各个省会城市的拼音都能在这部大型字典中找到。

可是“上海”这个词汇就很有意思了，除了作为地名，还有作为贬义动词的另外两个含义：1）借助迷魂药强迫人上船或者通过威胁手段把人拽入居留地；2）通过阴谋诡计把人骗到不理想的职位。
