Abstract: It is shown from two aspects that the definition of 4 Bell states is ambiguous. The ambiguous definition may be the main reason why it is difficult to measure or to create all of the 4 Bell states. It is suggested that the well defined conception "weak Bell state" is a better substitution of the current Bell state.
