祝长忠 （*） ： 逼近论拾遗 -  修正的(局部)强唯一性常数

          与经典的强唯一性常数（见 E.W.Cheney, Introduction to Approximation Theory,

   1966, 有史应光等的中译本）不同，修正的强唯一性常数与逼近的参数有关，用于估计

  拟逼近参数与最佳参数之间的误差，这在逼近论中有重要意义。作者与 C.Dunham  教授

  在线性和非线性强唯一性常数方面有些研究，下面“拾遗”的是其一：
