合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院吴晶霞课题组招聘公告

个人简介 

吴晶霞,女,国家级人才计划(2022)获得者,2005年毕业于南京大学生命科学研究院,生物技术专业(生化药学强化班),获理学学士学位;2012年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位;2012至2014年在美国耶鲁大学医学院心血管研究中心从事博士后研究;2016至2023年在德国癌症研究中心从事博士后研究,2023年入职合肥综合性国家科学中心大健康研究院。主要研究糖脂代谢信号通路及糖脂代谢对抗病毒、抗肿瘤免疫反应的调控机制。现发表学术论文22篇,其中第一作者身份论文发表在Immunity, Science Translational Medicine, Science Advances等期刊。 

研究兴趣及方向 

1. 探索糖脂代谢及糖脂代谢相关疾病对抗病毒、抗肿瘤免疫反应的影响,尤其是对CD8+ T细胞分化和功能调控的影响 

2. 阐明在抗病毒、抗肿瘤免疫反应中代谢分子对T细胞分化和功能调控的作用机制 

3. 开发以代谢分子为靶点的增强T细胞抗病毒、抗肿瘤功能的小分子或蛋白药物

3.以第一作者身份在领域内主流期刊上发表过或即将发表研究论文,能够独立开展研究工作。 

二、科研助理、实验技术员(3名) 

岗位要求: 

1. 具有生物化学及分子生物学、免疫学、细胞生物学、基础医学等相关专业的学士及以上学位,具有实验动物操作经验者优先; 

2. 做事踏实靠谱,认真负责; 

3. 独立或协助团队开展课题研究,管理和维护实验室日常工作。
