瑞典时间2013年9月27日凌晨5点钟（北京时间9月27日上午11点），“政府间气候变化专门委员会”（IPCC)第一工作组（WG1）第五次评估报告（AR5）的“决策者摘要”SPM（Summary for Policymakers），在斯德哥尔摩正式发布。

报告指出，1880-2012年，全球海陆表面平均温度呈线性上升趋势，升高了0.85℃；2003-2012年平均温度比1850-1900年平均温度上升了0.78℃。

the IPCC WGI AR5 Summary for Policymakers was approved at 5am in the
morning here in Stockholm, Sweden, and just now approved. Please find
attached the approved WGI AR5 SPM.

Please be aware that the document is still under embargo until 10am
(CEST), when the official IPCC press conference starts here in
Stockholm. The press conference can be followed live at www.ipcc.ch/webcast.

The accepted SPM, the IPCC press release and other information will soon
become available on the IPCC WGI AR5 website www.climatechange2013.org..
