Synopsis

Oxygen vacancy engineering with Mn bulk doping and Ru surface anchoring strategically modulates the adjacent environment of Co in Co3O4 and boosts efficient generation of 1O2 through the heteronuclear diatomic activation of PMS. The Ru/MnCoOx/PMS system demonstrates exceptional and stable degradation of 2-CP with broad pH adaptability and high salinity resistance.
