This is possibly the first version of the hot SMC-PHD (also referred to as PF-PHD) filter that is open access online

SMC-PHD stands for the sequential Monte Carlo (SMC) implementation of the probability density hypotheses (PHD) filter, it also says the particle filter (PF) implementation of the PHD filter
