封面解读

本封面展示了一种仿瞳孔接近-触觉传感阵列,其由电容式传感电极与可调节的类瞳孔屏蔽层构成。电容式柔性接近-触觉传感器被认为是提升机器人感知和安全人机交互能力的重要方案。然而,由于电极面积与边缘电场强度呈现强相关关系,现有传感阵列普遍存在空间分辨率与检测距离难以兼顾的问题。

本封面文章通过在传统电容式接近-触觉传感器中引入类瞳孔屏蔽层,实现了具有动态电场调控能力的三模态传感架构。当屏蔽层完全开启时,传感器能够扩大有效电极面积和边缘电场强度,实现更远距离的接近探测;当局部区域选择性开启时,局部调控电场线分布,从而获得更精细的近距离目标细节和更高空间分辨率。同时,分形电极和微孔结构进一步增强了边缘电场和触觉灵敏度。该仿生策略突破了传统接近传感器“看得远”与“看得清”难以兼顾的限制,为机器人避障、手势识别和安全交互提供了自适应感知能力。
