过去一段时间一直在试着翻译欧洲专利公约，主要是为了了解相关的内容。虽然网上有一些欧洲专利公约的翻译，但都太陈旧，有些地方翻译也不太准确，所以我根据欧洲专利局网站上第14版的欧洲专利公约试着进行翻译。在翻译过程中参照了国家知识产权局网站上的译文（http://www.sipo.gov.cn/zcfg/flfg/zl/gjty/200804/t20080415_378154.html），请大家批评指正，希望最后能形成一个比较规范的译文。
