Ich weiß, es gab so manches Mal  nach einem Hoch manches tiefe Tal.

A Hoch can be a high pressure area or anything that makes you feel good.Tiefes Tal is a deep valley - meant as a picture, something that is deep down, gets you down.

Du weißt dein Lebensweg war manchmal krumm und manchmal eben,
dass du dann grad steh′n kannst, so leb dein Leben!

Dass du dann sagen kannst: „Ich hab getan, was manchmal sein muss!
Ich hab geliebt, getanzt, es ist nicht viel, was ich bereuen muss!
