黄辉 北邮教师 从事半导体光电子集成方面的研究 欢迎同行交流

黄辉,博士,教授,博士生导师,1974年生于福州,现为 北京邮电大学“信息光子学与光通信”(国家重点实验室)研究院教师,致力于半导体光电子器件以及光电子集成方面的研究。在器件方面,主要从事可调谐滤波器、高性能光电探测器、高速异质结双级晶体管(HBT)、以及单片集成光接收机的研究。在材料方面,从事微电子材料-硅(Si)和光电子材料(GaAsInPIII-V族材料)间的集成技术研究。 联系方式: uihuang@163.com, huihuang@bupt.edu.cn .

   器件方面的原创成果有:液晶调谐的谐振腔增强型(RCE)光探测器;具有透明欧姆微结构的高速、高耦合效率RCE光探测器;基于微空气隙的长波长、高速RCE光探测器;及窄线宽、可调谐的“一镜斜置三镜腔”光探测器。

   材料工艺方面的原创成果有:在半导体外延层上制备倾角可控、表面平坦的楔型结构;基于表面化学处理的GaAs/InPInP/SiSi/Si低温晶片键合; GaAs/InPSi/GaAs异质外延生长(MOCVD外延);以及在Si衬底上生长III-V族半导体单晶纳米线。

2005年获教育部新世纪人才支持计划资助;

2006年获北京市科技新星计划的资助;

2006年度中国高等学校十大科技进展(本人第二完成人);

2006北京市科技奖二等奖(本人第二完成人)。
