Congratulations! You have been admitted the Ph.D. Program in the Chemistry Department at the University of Connecticut. A PDF version of our official offer letter is attached to this e-mail message. Also attached is a

response form.   If you plan to accept our offer of admission please return

the response form to me (via e-mail or fax) by April 15th. Once you return your response form, I will forward it to the Graduate School who will then complete your file and will send you their official admission letter.

 

If you accept our offer, I will mail you the original admission letter along with your I-20. The Graduate School will only generate an I-20 after you have signed and returned our response form.

 

If you plan to decline our offer, please notify me by e-mail as soon as possible. This will allow us to make offers to students who have been placed on our waiting list.
