Everyyear in October, our senior retirement community offers physical fitness test for all residents. Records of individual performances in eight categories are kept and is compared with the averages for ones age group as well as with the same for previous years. I just had mine today and found that I was normal in one category and above average in seven other catyegories also improved in performance from previous year. This has to be attributed to my regular six days per week exercise routine that I have been following in the past two years since moving here. My weight also dropped four pounds without dieting. One more advantage of cared for living with lots of social contacts !!!
