抗氧化再造小打击
抗氧化治疗一直是某些科技工作做约定成俗的定律,在各个论文中基本都不用证明,就可以用氧化应激对身体产生有害的结果,然后某某药通过抗氧化这一途径改善疾病,更有可能治疗疾病。
抗氧化的思路和2015年诺贝尔化学奖有一点联系,因为氧化应激会损坏细胞DNA,所以细胞DNA修复机制很重要。我看这都是扯蛋的。把DNA被损坏的细胞丢弃也比修复来的容易。DNA修复机制根本不存在,当然诺贝尔委员会不这样认为,还是把化学奖给了三个相关研究者。
我的研究理论认为,氧化应激对身体细胞是有绝对的好处,因为通过氧化剂的清理,身体能够保持更多比例的年轻健康细胞。如果认为抗氧化就是减缓这样的清理过程,增加身体负担,加速衰老和癌症高发。
已经有很多试验证明了抗氧化是不好的,抗氧化会导致癌症高发。
最近的《科学转化医学》杂志的一篇文章又试验验证了,抗氧化会激发黑色素瘤的转移。所以摆脱,以后不要随便把抗氧化作为圣经来看待了。

Nevertheless, the results suggest a needfor caution in the use of antioxidants, especially for patients with existingcancer.
