W₁₈O₄₉nanowire networks for catalyzed dehydration of isopropyl alcohol to propyleneunder visible light

Abstract: We report the facile one-pot synthesis of self-organizedW₁₈O₄₉ networks. The W₁₈O₄₉network show strong localizedsurface Plasmon resonance. Interestingly, the W₁₈O₄₉network show unexpectedcapability in photocatalytic dehydration of isopropyl alcohol to propylenedepending on its defect structure caused by large quantities of oxygen vacancy.
