W18O49nanowire networks for catalyzed dehydration of isopropyl alcohol to propyleneunder visible light

Abstract: We report the facile one-pot synthesis of self-organizedW18O49 networks. The W18O49network show strong localizedsurface Plasmon resonance. Interestingly, the W18O49network show unexpectedcapability in photocatalytic dehydration of isopropyl alcohol to propylenedepending on its defect structure caused by large quantities of oxygen vacancy.
