前几天一个同行在科学网我的博客上留言，询问如何投稿第三届可降解金属会议在Advanced Biomaterials的专刊。现在我已经搞清楚了答案。

 

由于下面的原因，原来在加拿大宣布的第三届可降解金属会议在Advanced Biomaterials发专刊计划已取消，敬请大家谅解。

Dear Yufeng,
 
I had a lot of trouble with the editor. The "mother-journal" (AEM) ofAdvanced Biomaterials planned to close the Advacend Biomaterials section to join this section with other Biomaterial-Wiley-journal sections to a
new journal called Advanced Healthcare Materials.
 
However, despite previous negotiations, they closed Advanced Biomaterials now and not in the end of this year!
 
Thus, we will not have a special issue this year, I am afraid.
 
I just encourage you and your colleages to send your manuscripts to leading biomaterial journals such as Biomaterials and Acta Biomaterialia.
 
We will have a different and hopefully more reliable journal next year.
