产品活性：Lactate (Lactic Acid) 是一种羟基羧酸受体 1 (HCAR1) 激活剂和诱导赖氨酸残基乳酰化的表观遗传调节剂。Lactate 是糖酵解终产物，弥补了糖酵解和氧化磷酸化之间的差距。Lactate 是一种肿瘤代谢物，在抗肿瘤免疫中具有乳酸的免疫保护作用。

生物活性：乳酸（Lactate acid）是糖酵解的产物。乳酸是由于体内收缩骨骼肌缺氧而产生的，可以在完全有氧条件下去除。乳酸可以作为危重患者的血流动力学指标^[1][2]。

体外：Lactate (Lactic acid；20 mM；24、48 小时) 导致细胞增殖和迁移显着减少，作用并将细胞代谢转变为氧化磷酸化[1]。 Lactate (20 mM；24 小时) 显示 MCT1 和 HCAR1 的蛋白质和 mRNA 表达水平增加[1]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。
